By engaging CarePlus Ltd, you agree to the terms outlined herein. CarePlus provides domestic cleaning and babysitting services on a per-booking basis. All bookings are subject to staff availability and confirmation by CarePlus.
Service Policies
Wall cleaning, bodily fluids, grout cleaning, animal waste, carpet/upholstery steam cleaning, and anything over 50 lbs or out of reach of a 2-step ladder.
Customer Responsibility
Provide necessary cleaning tools (mop, bucket, broom, toilet brush, vacuum) in proper working condition for hygiene.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment required at booking. No refunds, but cancellations 72+ hours in advance receive credit for future use.
